Shots from the opening of Activate the Box , the first show by Soapbox Projects in the VCU Commons Student Art Space. Soapbox Projects is a collaborative project by three student curators (myself included), looking to expand the potential of gallery spaces on the VCU campus-showing exciting interactive work both in and out of the traditional white cube setting.
